Another 11,700 doses of the Pfizer vaccine for the coronavirus have arrived at Rinas Airport on Monday night.
The news was announced by Prime Minister Edi Rama in a post on his Facebook account. The amount of vaccines that have arrived in the country so far, according to the head of government is 1,079,650.
“Mother Teresa Airport – Another 11,700 doses of Pfizer vaccine have arrived, bringing to 1,079,650 the amount of AntiCovid vaccines received so far. With the expansion of the vaccination band for citizens +50 years old, we continue without stopping with the national vaccination plan and we will not stop until the last citizen is vaccinated,” stated Rama.
