President-elect Joe Biden will address the nation at around 7:15 p.m. EST on Thursday night to discuss the raging Covid-19 pandemic and sluggish vaccine distribution, as well as a reported $1.9 trillion coronavirus relief bill to combat the continuing economic crisis.
